Shipping Policy

I ship all orders via USPS within the United States.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. I pack plants carefully to ensure they arrive safely.

Once a package is shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS. I’m not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside my control. That said, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact me and I’ll work with you to help resolve the issue.

Heat packs are available but must be selected at checkout. I’m not able to add them after an order is placed, so please choose accordingly based on your local weather.

Once an order is marked as delivered, I’m not responsible for damage due to extreme temperatures, missed deliveries, or improper care after arrival.
